*COVID-19 UPDATES*
- We are taking utmost care and all the necessary precautions to maintain sanitization in our warehouse. In order to maintain our hygiene during this time, we are NOT ACCEPTING exchange of any products.
- In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of you receiving your order.
- We do not allow Refund on Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We will offer store credit for any unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing which will be valid for a period of 100 days from the date of issue. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
- We also do not encourage exchange more than once unless the products were found damaged upon receipt. We strictly do not accept exchanges ceramic or glass kind of products as they may be damaged upon reshipment.
- Return of such merchandise should be initiated and received by nowkart.in within 5 days for orders within Chennai and 10 days for orders outside Chennai. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customers.
- We don’t accept returns of products purchased from the Discount section. We also DO NOT accept returns of products bought during any promotional offers/discounts.
- You can start a return by emailing enquiry@nowkart.in . Please allow 3-5 days for returns or exchanges to be processed.
